Ruo Yu provides an AI assistant service that allows users to chat, translate, and proofread documents. Each action consumes credits known as "cat food" When your credits run out, you will need to purchase more to continue using the service.

Ruo Yu offers one-off plans with varying amounts of cat food credits.

Each plan is billed immediately upon purchase, and you will receive the corresponding amount of cat food credits.

Ruo Yu offers a no-questions-asked 7-day refund policy, providing full refunds with the following conditions:

• Each user is eligible for only one refund. Users who have previously received a refund are not eligible for another.
• Refund requests are accepted only if the user has consumed less than 10% of the credits included in one unit of the plan purchased.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant Ruo Yu the rights to use it for the purpose of providing the service.

You agree not to use Ruo Yu for any unlawful purposes or activities, including but not limited to:

• Uploading content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Misusing the AI technology to create offensive or inappropriate content.

All proprietary content, software, and technology provided by Ruo Yu are the property of Ruo Yu and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any third-party APIs, services, or technology used by Ruo Yu remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to applicable intellectual property laws and licensing agreements.

Ruo Yu reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms.

Ruo Yu is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

Ruo Yu may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
